Making Flowers with a Scallop Circle Punch

Now don't all faint but I am actually posting a tutorial here, about time as it is my blog lol

This is just a quick video showing how you can make really cute flowers very quickly using a scallop circle punch, you can visit my Scrapping Away blog for more photos
